In case the consumer does not pay the total billed amount by due date, the surcharge shall be payable as per tariff order and connection shall be disconnected after expiry of 15 days notice period as per section 56(1) of Electricity Act 2003.


यदि उपभोक्ता देय तिथि तक कुल बिल राशि का भुगतान नहीं करता है, तो टैरिफ आदेश के अनुसार अधिभार देय होगा और विद्युत अधिनियम 2003 की धारा 56(1) के अनुसार 15 दिनों की नोटिस अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद कनेक्शन काट दिया जाएगा।

    Confirm your name, Email Id, Mobile Number and click on View and Pay Bill

    Select payment gateway and click Make Payment

  • 4

    Select your payment method (card/net banking etc.) and follow the instructions to make the payment

    The transaction gets authenticated over the payment gateway

  • 6

    You will receive a Transaction Reference Number on your registered email ID/ Mobile No.

HPSEBL Consumer ID, Name of Consumer, Transaction ID, Date & Time of Transaction, Bank Name, Amount Detail, Payment Receipt Copy, Payment gateway through which the payment was initiated
If it is confirmed by payment gateway that your payment is successful then kindly wait for receipt for 24 hours or 48 hrs in case of holidays.
For unsuccessful transaction kindly contact your bank or bank card company.
